Hi, I’m Amanda, Intuitive Life Coach and Founder of Autumn Healing.

I’m passionate about helping people rediscover their authentic selves and create lives filled with balance, joy, and purpose. I know what it’s like to juggle the demands of family, career, and personal aspirations while trying to find time for yourself—I’ve been there.

With years of experience empowering moms through my other business, Momtasking Masters, I’ve guided women out of overwhelm and into alignment with what truly matters to them. I’ve taught strategies to help moms feel at peace, take control of their time, and reconnect with their families in meaningful ways.

As a graduate of the Intuitive Life Coaching Academy of the Third Eye, I’ve honed my skills to combine practical guidance with intuitive insights. I’m here to help you uncover the blocks holding you back, gain clarity on your goals, and embrace new ways of thinking and being. Whether it’s releasing the weight of a never-ending to-do list, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, or finding the energy to focus on what lights you up, I’m here to support you.

Why Autumn Healing? What is the significance of Autumn? Autumn has so many symbolic meanings. Here are a few and the reasons why I chose the name Autumn Healing: 1) As the Greek philosopher Heraclitus once said, "The only constant is change." Autumn is the season of change and reminds us that our minds, bodies and surroundings are always developing. 2) Day and night are of equal length on the autumnal equinox. As a result, ancient cultures have always associated this day with the concept of balance. Autumn provides the opportunity to tap into the balance within us. 3) As temperatures drop and leaves fall, Autumn illustrates the beauty of letting go. We can apply this concept to letting go of things that no longer serve us: fears, stresses and emotional baggage. The idea of letting go also reminds us of the temporary nature of everything around us.
